Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the item is faulty, please contact the team within 14 days of receiving the item on hello@giftlocal.co.nz. The item must be returned within 30 days.

Gifts must be returned in the same condition which you received them in, with all original packaging, tags, ribbons, and still presented in the unused condition. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty. Items must be sent back via track and trace, with signature required. We will either exchange it, replace it, provide a credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

We’re sorry, but we are unable to refund for ‘change-of-mind’ purchases or any custom orders, due to the type of products we sell.
